TERMS OF RESERVATION ROOM & RESERVATION SEND FORM

 

1. The submission of a reservation form is under the responsibility of the person who sends and declares that the content of this information is accurate and true.
2. Each submission form is not a confirmed room booking. The room reservation form inform the Owner/Manager of the Hotel 9 Muses interesting visit to the Hotel and proposed for this reason arrival - departure date information, number of people (adults - kids), number of rooms, contact phone numbers, etc.
3. The reservation is confirmed after contact with the Hotel and after confirmed the payment of the corresponding agreed deposit.
4. The deposit for the reservation can not exceed 25% of the total accommodation cost, and may not be less than one day's rent.
5. In case of cancellation by the customer is made 21 days before the agreed arrival the hotelier is obliged to refund the deposit and if cancellation is made within 21 days, the customer must pay the hotelier half of the total amount of the cancelled booking.
6. In the Hotel 9 Muses accept all major credit and debit cards with Visa or MasterCard brand.
7. In the Hotel 9 Muses not allowed dogs or other pets.
8. Regarding the pandemic Covid-19 and Safety Protocols, the check-in should be after 15:00 pm and the check-out until 11:00 am.
